Garlic Powder (Type 1)

Ingredients:
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Table spoon processed Channa dal (pouttu kadalai)
  • 1 Table spoon Ground nuts
  • 1 Teaspoon red chilly powder
  • Salt


Method:
  • Put all ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind finely
  • Store in a air tight container.
  • Whenever you want to use this add the garlic powder with cooked hot rice and ghee and eat.
