7 cup cake

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup besan
  • 2 -4 drops vanilla essence


Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients and put on a thick bottomed vessel.
  • Now Stir it till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Now pour it on a ghee greased plate and let dry.
  • Cut it before it completely dries.
