Malai Laddu

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 250 gms. paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 2 -3 pinches cardamom powder
  • 2 sp dessicated dry coconut


Method:
  • Mash paneer.
  • Add condensed milk and cook on slow flame, string continuously.
  • Cook till thick and sides leave.
  • Add cardamom powder and remove from flame.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour on plate.
  • Cool. Make ladoos.
  • Spread dessicated coconut on a plate.
  • Roll the ladoos on it.
  • Decorate them in a plate.
