  • 125 g of millet (thinai)
  • 100 g of Jaggery
  • Honey - as per requirement ( we have to make laddu )

Method:
  • Dry fry Millet (thinai)
  • You must get good aroma from it. Keep aside.
  • Bring it to room temp. then grind it as fine powder.
  • Then put all the other ingredients into a mixer grinder and just inch it.
  • Put them on a plate and pour honey.
  • Make small small laddus out of it.
  • Delicious and nutritious 'Dry Fruits Laddus' ready to serve.

Notes:
  • You can also add sugar candy or palm jaggery or palm candy instead of jaggery .
  • Instead of a 'inching' in the mixie, you can cut all dry fruits into small pieces and just powder the Millet and then make laddu.
  • Children and adults can eat this .... you can make small small laddus say , 30 - 35 grams; and you can take two for breakfast and go to school / office. You will not feel hungry till noon. All of the above are maximum protein and Omega3. So it is good for health. Cashews and pistachios are rich in cholesterol . That's why I asked you to add less quantity or don't add atall.
  • This can also be called Power Balls ! :)
