Bread Bajji (2)

Ingredients:
  • 10 slices of bread. (cut into square or triangle pieces)
  • 1 cup of dosa dough
  • 1 Teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 Teaspoon red chili powder (or ) 2 green chilies
  • Salt
  • Oil to fry.


Method:
  • Pour dosa dough in a bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix them well.
  • Pour oil in a pan and heat it.
  • Dip the bread pieces into the batter and deep fry it till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
