Pesarat - Type 2

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Raw Rice
  • 1 cup Boiled Rice
  • 1 cup Moong dal
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Ginger


Method:
  • Take raw rice, boiled rice and Moong dal equally.
  • Soak them separately and grind them.
  • Add chopped green chilies and onions in the dough.
  • Make Dosas out of the dough.
