Half cooked Veg. for Break fast

Ingredients:
  • French Beans
  • Cauli Flower
  • any other veg. as per your wish


Method:
  • Cook a plate full of cut French Beans in a MW for 2 -3 min.
  • Sprinkle salt and powdered black pepper on that and eat as it is.
  • You can have Cauliflower also like this.
  • Cauliflower is more delicious than beans.
  • But again beans helps us to reduce fat.
