Crispy Corns

Ingredients:
  • Fresh corns 1 cup
  • Maida 3 tab sp
  • Besan 3 tab sp
  • Salt
  • Red chilly powder
  • oil to fry


Method:
  • Boil corns along with salt and water.
  • In a bowl put maida, besanl, salt and chilly powder.
  • Drain cooked corns.
  • Mix the boiled corns with them.
  • No need to add water.
  • Make the dough thick.
  • Fry the corns in oil till golden brown and serve hot as evening snack with hot tea.


Notes:
  • Like this you can use baby corn and fry them.
