Ellu (Thill) Podi

Ingredients:
  • 100 gms black sesame seeds
  • 100 gms powdered jaggery
  • 1/2 sp cardamom powder


Method:
  • Clean sesame seeds and dry fry them.
  • (You can add powdered jaggery and cardamom in that as it is and use.)
  • Put them in a mixer grinder with jaggery and cardamom powder.
  • Just powder it and remove from the mixer.
  • Your yummy ellu podi is ready.


Notes:
  • We used to do this on Navarathri Saturdays , amavasai days, srardha days .
