Green rice roti

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 bunch spinach - blanched and drained
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 green chilly


Method:
  • In a mixer grinder put cooked rice and spinach, and make a smooth puree.
  • Put it in a big bowl.
  • Add rice flour and salt.
  • Knead well with enough water to make soft dough.
  • Make rotis and serve with dal.
  • Children will like this green - iron rich roti.


Notes:
  • Use oiled plantain leaf or plastic cover to make rotis.
