Puri Masala

Ingredients:
  • 250 gms Potato (cooked, peeled and mashed)
  • 150 gms Onion (finely chopped)
  • 10 -12 Green chilly (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger piece (peeled and chopped)
  • curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • oil to seasoning
  • 1/2 sp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 sp udad dal
  • 1/2 turmeric powder


Method:
  • In a pan make seasoning with mustard and udad dal.
  • Add chopped green chilly and ginger.
  • Fry for a while. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Now add chopped onions. Fry well.
  • Add turmeric powder. Stir well.
  • Add mashed potatoes and add 1/2 to 1 cup water.
  • Add salt. Mix well till it become soft become like gravy.
  • Serve with hot puri or chappati.
