Soft chappati

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 spoons Gingelly oil
  • Ghee to spread


Method:
  • Put wheat flour in a bowl.
  • Add salt and oil. Mix well.
  • Add water and mix well into a tough dough
  • After putting rolled chapatti on the tava, turn 2-3 times.
  • Remove it from tava and spread ghee both the sides and eat.
