Carrot Pachadi

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 ts oil
  • 1 sp mustard seeds
  • Few fresh curry leaves
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves


Method:
  • In a pan make seasoning and add with curd.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Now add grated carrots and mix well.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves in it.
  • Your pachadi is ready to serve.
