Peanut Chutney - 3

Ingredients:
  • Peanuts - 100 grams
  • Tamarind paste - 2 tsps
  • Red chillies - 8-10 numbers
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut (optional)
  • Water for grinding


Method:
  • Dry fry peanuts in kadai but do not remove its skin
  • Let it cool down
  • Grind the peanuts with tamarind paste, red chillies, salt and coconut
  • Add water sparingly, it should be in chutney's consistency


Notes:
  • You can eat this with dosa, idly, chapatti, etc...
