Cashew Pakodas

Ingredients:
  • Cashewnut (unsalted) 200gms
  • Chana Flour 2cups
  • rice flour 1 1/2 cups
  • Curry leaves
  • garlic 2-3 cloves (optional)
  • salt
  • Red chilly powder 2 sp.oil 1 tsp
  • oil for deep frying


Method:
  • Grate garlic and add all ingredients will less water.
  • The mixture should be really hard in consistency.
  • Heat oil and put small portions of the mixture into it and fry them till golden brown.
  • Remove them when they become golden brown.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
  • Can store it for a week in airtight container
