- Cashewnut (unsalted) 200gms
- Chana Flour 2cups
- rice flour 1 1/2 cups
- Curry leaves
- garlic 2-3 cloves (optional)
- salt
- Red chilly powder 2 sp.oil 1 tsp
- oil for deep frying
Method:
- Grate garlic and add all ingredients will less water.
- The mixture should be really hard in consistency.
- Heat oil and put small portions of the mixture into it and fry them till golden brown.
- Remove them when they become golden brown.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
- Can store it for a week in airtight container
