Ingredients:
- Orange fruit 1
- Honey 1 tsp
- Sugar (as per requirement)
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Basil seeds (Tulasi seeds) ½ tsp
- Water 3 cups
- Ice cream mould and sticks (4-5 numbers)
Method:
- Wash the orange fruit and remove the skin and the seeds.
- Then, in mixer grinder put the orange fruit and 2tsp lemon juice with small amount of water.
- Grind nicely,then add 1tsp of honey and sugar to the juice and mix it well.
- Then take the ice cream mould put some basil seeds in it and then pour the juice.
- Keep the ice cream in freezer for about 8-9 hours.
- Now a colorful orange stick ice is ready. Kids will like it a lot.
Notes:
- If you don't have ice cream mould you can use the stainless tumblers or any good plastic tumblers.
- Instead of orange you can use other fruits also.(like mango,apple,seedless grapes,etc.)

- basic vanilla ice cream (refer basic vanilla ice cream)
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- 1 tbsp. chopped nut (almonds and cashews)
Method:
- Use a tall conical glass.
- Heat the sauce.
- Pour half the sauce in glass. Add 2 scoops, pour a little more sauce.
- Add 3rd scoop; pour remaining sauce while still hot. Sprinkle chopped nuts.
- Serve instantly with long-handled ice cream spoon.
Ingredients:
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream (refer basic vanilla ice cream)
- 1/2 cup chocolate cake crumbs (crumbled in a mixie)
- 2 tbsp. chocolate sauce
- 1 small bar plain chocolate
- 1 ice cream wafer
- 2 cherries, strawberries or candies for decoration as per your wish.
- 8 strawberries sliced (also for decoration)
Method:
- Use an oval (single serving) shallow dish for this ice cream for best effect.
- Spread the cake crumbs at the bottom of the plate.
- Cut the wafer into 2 triangles.
- Scrape chocolate with a vegetable peeler to get curls.
- Place the three scoops in a line at the centre of plate. Pour chocolate sauce over the
- three scoops.
- Place cherries on top of outer scoops. Poke wafer triangles in centre scoop.
- Arrange strawberries all around the dish. Sprinkle the curls all over the ice cream.
- Serve your special guest this super decorated ice cream.
Ingredients:
- An easy recipe for chocolate sauce for desserts or ice cream.
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips / chocolate bar
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method:
- First take a small saucepan.
- In that heat chocolate chips and whipping cream, stirring constantly.
- Continue to cook, until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Pour vanilla in that.
- Mix well.
- Serve over dessert or ice cream.
- Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
- Note: While melting the chocolate be careful and keep the heat low.
- If you dont get chocolate chips you can use normal chocolate bar. It will taste great.
- Instead of cream you can use salt less butter. Or you can use both.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 sp sugar

- Blend a few minutes.
- Wait for 2 min.
- Then again blend it with ice cubes.

- you can avoid cottage cheese and add thick milk.
Ingredients:
- 1 small sweet muskmelon
- 1 lt whole fat milk
- 1 cup fresh cream,
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. corn flour
- 2 drops vanilla essence
Method:
- Peel, chop and mash muskmelon to pulp.
- Keep aside, refrigerated till required.
- Bring milk to boil, saving 1/4 cup to keep cold.
- Dissolve corn flour in cold milk, keep aside.
- Boil milk for approx.15-18 minutes.
- Gently pour in dissolved corn flour, stirring continuously.
- Boil on low, for 3-4 minutes. Take off fire, add sugar and vanilla essence.
- Stir till sugar dissolves, cool to room temperature. Cover with a plastic sheet or cling film.
- Set at highest freezer setting, till almost set, but not hard.
- Remove, chop and beat till fluffy.
- Beat cream a little, add to beaten ice cream.
- Add muskmelon pulp, fold in gently.
- Transfer back to freezer as before.
- Freeze till well set.
- Scoop dollops and serve topped with kharbooja seeds sprinkled on top.
Ingredients:
- 4 cup curd
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- ½ tsp black salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6-8 cupes oil ice crushed
Method:
- Put all ingredients in the blender except ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve cool.
- Or you can keep it in the fridge and drink whenever you need.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups watermelon pieces, refrigerated as desired
- 1/2 cup sweet green grapes (seed less) cut into two
- 1/4 cup black or white grapes (seed less) cut into two
- 3-4 pinches chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp. castor sugar
- saltsa pinch
- 1/4 sp freshly ground pepper to taste
- 3-4 tender salad leaves, cleaned
Method:
- Spread salad leaves on individual serving plate.
- Toss all other ingredients together.
- Use freshly ground pepper only, as required.
- Empty into prepared plate, piling in centre.
- Serve immediately.
Notes:
- If you want you can add whatever fruit you want.
Ingredients:
- Chopped Dates- 1 cup
- sugar- as per taste
- chopped pistachios- 2 tbsp
- milk- 3 cups
Method:
- Boil milk and after sometime bring to a simmer, add dates and cook till soft (5 to 8 mins) in a low flame.
- Cool this and reserve a few tbsp of pulp aside.
- Blend the rest with milk and sugar.
- You can make it thinner or thicker depending upon the amount of milk you use.
- Finally mix in the pulp and nuts.
- Give a good stir and serve it chilled.
- Very good for health.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml. very well chilled whole milk
- 1 tab. Condensed meilk
- 4-5 drops rose essence
- 4-5 drops of pink colour to match flavour (or 2 tbsp rose syrup)
- Sugar as required
Method:
- Mix all ingredients, chill till required.
- Just before serving:
- Run an electric hand blender in the contents.
- Blend till the milk is frothy and light.
- Pour into glass rinsed with chilled water.
- Serve immediately while still frothy.
Ingredients:
- Basic vanilla ice cream – 2 – 3 scoops
- 1 bottle soda chilled
- 1/2 tsp. falooda seeds
- 2 tbsp. rose or other syrup
- 1 cherry
- 1 thin slice sweet lime
Method:
- Soak seeds in 3-4 tbsp. water.
- Allow to fluffy well.
- Use a long conical glass.
- Pour syrup at bottom, add 1 scoop ice cream.
- Beat well till smooth. Add remaining scoops.
- Add seeds & pour soda gently onto ice cream.
- Allow to froth till brim.
- Top scoop with cherry.
- Slit lime along radius.
- Insert into wall of glass for decoration.
- Serve instantly, with remaining soda in bottle if desired to be added.
Ingredients:
- Milk - 1/2 lit
- Condensed milk (milkmaid) - 1 tin
- Custard powder - 4 tbsp
- 2 cups - Ripe mango, seedless grapes, apple, strawberry etc., (use fruits as per your taste)
- Vanilla essence - few drops
- Pista essence - few drops
- Green color – pinch
- Yellow color - pinch
- Dried grapes, broken cashews, badam – 2 tab. Sp.
- Some pieces of wafer biscut.
Method:
- Mix together condensed milk and milk.
- Boil on low-medium flame.
- Dissolve custard powder in small qty of milk and pour it into the milk when it reaches boil.
- Simmer gas for 5 mins till mixture is thick.
- Then, take off and cool for a while.
- Now divide the qty of the mixture into two, by pouring it into 2 separate vessels.
- Add vanilla essence with yellow color into the mixture in one vessel and pista essence with green color into mixture in another vessel.
- Keep the 2 vessels in fridge. After an hour, remove the 2 vessels, beat the contents separately in mixie and keep the 2 vessels again in fridge like before.
- Before serving:
- Take oval shape bowl; Put 2 scoops of ice cream; one vanilla and one pista.
- Put cut fruits on that.
- (If you want you can make sugar syrup/chocolate sauce; and pour on that.)
- Put cut dry fruits on them.
- Press one wafer biscut and serve.
- Children will like this very much.
Notes:
- You can cut wafer biscuits like bird, fruit and then use.
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe basic vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup fruit pulp (coarsely mashed)
- (mango or strawberry or chickoo (sapota), or any other of your choice)
- 1/2 cup fresh beaten cream
- 1/4 cup ground sugar
Method:
- Follow recipe for vanilla ice cream till setting first time.
- Remove when well set, mash and beat till soft and creamy add essence; beat.
- Mix the pulp, cream and ground sugar.
- Add fruit cream mixture and fold in gently.
- Transfer back to container and freeze till well set.
- Serve scoops with the matching sauces.
Ingredients:
- Cool whip extra creamy whipped topping
- Condensed milk 1 can
- Evaporated milk 1 Small Can
- Heavy Cream 320 ml
- 1 can of Leeches
Method:
- Mix Cool Whip and Condensed milk with hand mixer.
- Add evaporated milk and cream.
- Add Leeches to taste.
- Freeze and serve with Falooda as given before.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup wheat flakes
- 1/2 cup rolled white oats
- 1 litre milk
- 2 tbsp. rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. chopped almonds
- 2-3 drops vanilla essence
- for garnish:
- few wheat flakes
- few almonds slivers
- few rose petals
Method:
- Dissolve rice flour in 1 cup milk, keep aside.
- Put remaining milk to heat, bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 8-10 minutes, add sugar, boil till dissolved.
- Gradually add rice flour mixture, while stirring continuously.
- Bring back to a boil, simmer for 5-7 minutes, or till thick.
- Cool to room temperature, stir in vanilla essence.
- Add wheat flakes, oats and almonds, stirring gently.
- Pour into individual bowls, refrigerate till set well.
- This should take about 3-4 hours.
- Serve chilled topped with a few wheat flakes and almonds.
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe basic vanilla ice cream (refer basic vanilla ice cream)
- 1 cup leeches,
- Crushed coarsely in mixie
- 1 tbsp. chopped nuts
Method:
- Prepare ice cream in the regular method.
- This is given in basic vanilla Ice cream.
- When semi set, take out, crush lightly.
- Add leeches, nuts and mix gently. Set again till firm.
- Take out and serve in individual bowls.
- Garnish with a lychee or chopped nuts on top.
- Serve with a scooper, when well chilled and set.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pineapple essence
- Few drops yellow colour
- 1 cup pineapple jelly
- 10-12 crushed ice cubes
Method:
- To make a pulp mix water, pineapple pieces, sugar, salt and bring to boil.
- Take off from fire and chill.
- Set jelly as per instructions on the packet.
- Just before serving - in a blender add pulp (made as above), jelly chunks, colour, essence and water.
- Blend very lightly.
- Pour into glasses and mix in finely crushed ice.
- Use wide straw for serving.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 bottle (300 ml.) cola
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 slice lemon.
Method:
- Chill the coke well.
- Slit the lemon along radius.
- In a tall glass, beat one scoop of ice cream till soft.
- Pour 1/3 glass coke and mix a little.
- Sprinkle salt, pour coke almost to brim.
- Carefully add the other scoop of ice cream.
- Push the lemon slice over the rim of the glass.
- Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 pinches pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
- 5-6 ice cubes crushed
- 2-3 mint leaves
Method:
- Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Remove, peel and blend.
- Strain, cool and chill well
- Just before serving, put all ingredients in a mixie.
- Blend well and serve in tall glasses.
