- Take 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 sp Maida
- 2 - 4 sp rava
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Green chilies or red chilly powder (as per your taste)
- Asafetida powder
- ½ ginger chopped
- salt
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix them all and make a thick batter.
- Heat oil and make bakodas.
- Serve hot.
