Chow Chow Bangalore Kathirikkai Chutney

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium sized chow chow
  • 3 tblspoon of fresh coconut
  • 3 tblspoon urad dal
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Tamarind marble size
  • Salt to taste


Method:
  • Grate chow chow finely
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and fry urad dal, red chilies and mustard.
  • Fry chow chow for 3-4 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste.
  • Serve with dosa/idly/chappati.
