Pudhina (Mint) Chutney 2

Ingredients:
  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Tamaind paste 1 - 2 sp
  • salt


Method:
  • 1. Clean and chop mint leaves
  • 2. Remove the skin from the ginger
  • 3. Take tamarind paste.
  • 4. Add all the three and grind them in a mixture grinder with salt.
  • 5. Serve with Samosa or chapatti.
