Pudhina (Mint) Chutney

Ingredients:
  • Fresh mint leaves 1 cup
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Green chilies 15 - 20
  • Salt


Method:
  • 1. Clean and chop mint leaves.
  • 2. Take equal quantity of coriander leaves and clean them.
  • 3. Add sufficient green chilies and salt and grind them.
  • 4. This is a very good side for Samosas.
