- 1 medium sized chow chow
- 3 tblspoon of fresh coconut
- 3 tblspoon urad dal
- 2 red chillies
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Tamarind marble size
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Grate chow chow finely
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and fry urad dal, red chilies and mustard.
- Fry chow chow for 3-4 minutes.
- Allow it to cool.
- Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste.
- Serve with dosa/idly/chappati.
