- Mint leaves 1 cup
- Ginger 2 inch
- Tamaind paste 1 - 2 sp
- salt
Method:
- 1. Clean and chop mint leaves
- 2. Remove the skin from the ginger
- 3. Take tamarind paste.
- 4. Add all the three and grind them in a mixture grinder with salt.
- 5. Serve with Samosa or chapatti.
