Pudhina (Mint) Chutney 3

Ingredients:
  • Fresh mint leaves 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilly 3 - 4
  • Salt
  • Oil


Method:
  • 1. Clean mint leaves and chop
  • 2. Cut onions, green chilies and fry all the three.
  • 3. Add some tamarind and grind well
  • 4. Add salt and mix well
  • 5. Serve with Dosa or Chapatti.
