- Yellow Moongdal 1cup
- Chanadal 1cup
- Toordal 1 cup
- Onion, Peas, Beans - one cup
- Green chilli 2
- Coriander leaves or Mint leaves
- Salt
- For seasoning:
- Mustard seeds
- Cumin seeds
Method:
- Soak all the three dals together overnight.
- Grind them in the morning and add salt.
- Make seasoning and pour it on the dough.
- Mix cooked veg. also.
- Now the dough is ready make idly out of that.
- They are very healthy.
- Serve them with tomato chutney.
