- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Table spoon processed Channa dal (pouttu kadalai)
- 1 Table spoon Ground nuts
- 1 Teaspoon red chilly powder
- Salt
Method:
- Put all ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind finely
- Store in a air tight container.
- Whenever you want to use this add the garlic powder with cooked hot rice and ghee and eat.
