- 10 Flakes of garlic
- 1 Table spoon ground nuts
- 2 Green chilly
- 1 Inch Ginger
- Salt
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixer grinder.
- Pour a spoon of oil in a pan and fry the ’paste’
- Remove from the fire and store it
- Add with hot cooked rice and ghee and eat.
