- 1 cup Rajma (Kidney Beans)
- 1 small onion - finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic - finely chopped
- 1 small tomato chopped finely
- Salt - to taste
- For garnishing:
- 1 chilly finely chopped
- 1 carrot finely grated
- 1 tomato chop well
- 1 cucumber finely chop
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Method:
- Soak kidney beans overnight and pressure-cook it.
- In a glass bowl add all the ingredients except lemon juice.
- Pour the lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Add grated corrot, cucumber, green chilly and tomato.
- Toss just before serving.
