Rajma salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Rajma (Kidney Beans)
  • 1 small onion - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic - finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato chopped finely
  • Salt - to taste
  • For garnishing:
  • 1 chilly finely chopped
  • 1 carrot finely grated
  • 1 tomato chop well
  • 1 cucumber finely chop
  • 2 tsp lemon juice


Method:
  • Soak kidney beans overnight and pressure-cook it.
  • In a glass bowl add all the ingredients except lemon juice.
  • Pour the lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Add grated corrot, cucumber, green chilly and tomato.
  • Toss just before serving.
