- 3 Cucumber finely chopped
- 1 cup Green moong dal
- 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt/ Sugar/ pepper - as per taste
- Grated Coconut - for garnishing (optional)
- Chopped Coriander - for garnishing
Method:
- Soak green gram dal in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours and drain it.
- Mix cucumber, coriander, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, pepper & sugar in it. Mix well. Refrigerate it.
- While serving garnish it with coconut and some more coriander.
- Serve cold.
