Cucumber And Green gram Salad

Ingredients:
  • 3 Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 cup Green moong dal
  • 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt/ Sugar/ pepper - as per taste
  • Grated Coconut - for garnishing (optional)
  • Chopped Coriander - for garnishing


Method:
  • Soak green gram dal in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours and drain it.
  • Mix cucumber, coriander, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, pepper & sugar in it. Mix well. Refrigerate it.
  • While serving garnish it with coconut and some more coriander.
  • Serve cold.
