- 1 kg Amla
- 100 gm. Red chilly Powder( fry Red chilly in a greased pan and powder)
Method:
- Get fresh Amla from the market.
- Wash and keep aside.
- Pour 2 liters of water in cooker and put all the amlas and add salt.
- Close the lid and allow 3 whistles.
- After opening, let it become cool.
- Remove the seed from the Amla and keep ready.
- Pour oil in a pan and make seasoning with mustard seeds and turmeric powder.
- Add the Amla pieces and mix well.
- Now add red chilly powder and stir well.
- Put fenugreek powder and hing powder.
- Let them mix well.
- Remove it from the fire.
- Allow it to cool.
- Transter it to bottles.
- As usual keep it in the fridge to avoide fungus.
