Amla Pickle Hot Variety

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Amla
  • 100 gm. Red chilly Powder( fry Red chilly in a greased pan and powder)


Method:
  • Get fresh Amla from the market.
  • Wash and keep aside.
  • Pour 2 liters of water in cooker and put all the amlas and add salt.
  • Close the lid and allow 3 whistles.
  • After opening, let it become cool.
  • Remove the seed from the Amla and keep ready.
  • Pour oil in a pan and make seasoning with mustard seeds and turmeric powder.
  • Add the Amla pieces and mix well.
  • Now add red chilly powder and stir well.
  • Put fenugreek powder and hing powder.
  • Let them mix well.
  • Remove it from the fire.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Transter it to bottles.
  • As usual keep it in the fridge to avoide fungus.
