- 1/2 cup big size sago
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups Curd
- Coriander leaves
- 2 - 3 Green chillies
- 1/2 sp Mustard seeds
- 2 sp Oil 1/2
Method:
- In a pan pour oil and make seasoning with mustard seeds and green chilly.
- Now put onion pieces and fry well and keep aside.
- Bring it to room temp. and then mix with curd.
- Again add one sp oil in the pan and put sago in it.
- Let the sago fry well and it will become big in size.
- wait till that and fry continuously.
- Put the fried sago in curd onion mix and mix well.
- Let it be like that for 1/2 an hour.
- You can add water in that before serving.
- And also add chopped coriander leaves in that.
- This is very well go with any pulav.
