- Carrot – grated 1 cup
- beetroot -grated 1 cup
- green chilly 3
- mustard seed 1/2 tsp
- curry leaves some
- oil 1 tsp
- Curd 2 cup
Method:
- In a pan make seasoning with mustard seeds.
- Now add beet root and carrots.
- Fry well and cook for a while; add into curd.
- Add salt and mix well.
- And also add curry leaves.
- Your pachadi is ready to serve.
