- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 ts oil
- 1 sp mustard seeds
- Few fresh curry leaves
- salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method:
- In a pan make seasoning and add with curd.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Now add grated carrots and mix well.
- Add chopped coriander leaves in it.
- Your pachadi is ready to serve.
