- Tomato 2 - 3 big
- Curd 2 cups
- Coriander leaves a small bunch.( clean, wash and chop well)
- Mustard 1/4 t.spoon
- Asafetida powder a pinch
- Green chillies chopped 2-3
- Oil 1sp
- Salt 1/2 t.spoon
Method:
- Put tomatoes in hot water for a while.
- Remove the skin and mash it.
- In a pan make seasoning with mustard seeds, asafetida and green chilly.
- Put it on the tomato mash.
- Add salt and curd.
- Mix well and serve.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
