Tomato Pachadi

Ingredients:
  • Tomato 2 - 3 big
  • Curd 2 cups
  • Coriander leaves a small bunch.( clean, wash and chop well)
  • Mustard 1/4 t.spoon
  • Asafetida powder a pinch
  • Green chillies chopped 2-3
  • Oil 1sp
  • Salt 1/2 t.spoon


Method:
  • Put tomatoes in hot water for a while.
  • Remove the skin and mash it.
  • In a pan make seasoning with mustard seeds, asafetida and green chilly.
  • Put it on the tomato mash.
  • Add salt and curd.
  • Mix well and serve.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
