- Channa dal/kadalai pauppu
- Gongura (Pulicha) keerai
- Green chilly
- Salt
- For seasoning:
- Mustard seeds
- Udad dal
- Garlic flakes
- Oil / ghee
Method:
- Cook dal in a thick bottom vessel.
- When done, add washed and chopped gongura and further cook until the leaves are cooked.
- Add salt and green chillies.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Make seasoning with garlic fkales.
- Serve with hot rice and ghee.
