Puri Badam (Almond Puri)

Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Badham
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk (full cream milk)
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 10 string Saffron


Method:
  • Soak 1 cup of Badam in hot water
  • Remove the skin. Grind nicely by adding milk
  • Boil another cup of milk and add sugar
  • Mix with Badam Paste. Keep aside.
  • Add Saffron, mix well.
  • After making Puri, soak the puries in this milk
  • Serve these puries decorated with sliced Badam.
