- Wheat flour
- 1 cup Badham
- 1 1/4 cup Milk (full cream milk)
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 10 string Saffron
Method:
- Soak 1 cup of Badam in hot water
- Remove the skin. Grind nicely by adding milk
- Boil another cup of milk and add sugar
- Mix with Badam Paste. Keep aside.
- Add Saffron, mix well.
- After making Puri, soak the puries in this milk
- Serve these puries decorated with sliced Badam.
