Puri - Puffed and Crispy Puri

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 40 % Bombay Rava
  • Salt
  • Oil to fry


Method:
  • Add salt and after that pour water and mix
  • Keep the dough for 1/2 an hour and then make thick puries
  • Put them in hot oil and pour oil on the Puri.
  • Then they will become puffed.
  • Carefully turn and remove them from the oil.
  • This will be as it is for a long time.
  • Children will like this. Make big big puries.
