- 1 Cup Wheat flour
- 2 Spoon Red chilly powder
- Salt
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix the wheat flour as chapatti dough by adding less salt.
- Roll in to chapattis and cut them into small square pieces
- Pour oil in a deep pan and fry these small square pieces till they become crispy
- Remove from the fire and mix red chilly powder and salt.
- Put them in a air tight box.
Notes:
- Using wheat flour we can make crispy chips as snacks and we can keep this for many days.
- We can prepare sweet chips and hot chips.
- First let us see how to prepare hot (savory) chips.
- As per your taste you can add masala with the flour like, Red chilly powder with the flour,
- Green chilly paste with the flour,
- Ginger garlic paste with the flour,
- Add dry Ommam/ajwan with the flour,
- Coriander and garlic paste with the flour and any masala as per your taste.
