Wheat Flour Savory Chips

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Wheat flour
  • 2 Spoon Red chilly powder
  • Salt
  • Oil to fry


Method:
  • Mix the wheat flour as chapatti dough by adding less salt.
  • Roll in to chapattis and cut them into small square pieces
  • Pour oil in a deep pan and fry these small square pieces till they become crispy
  • Remove from the fire and mix red chilly powder and salt.
  • Put them in a air tight box.


Notes:
  • Using wheat flour we can make crispy chips as snacks and we can keep this for many days.
  • We can prepare sweet chips and hot chips.
  • First let us see how to prepare hot (savory) chips.
  • As per your taste you can add masala with the flour like, Red chilly powder with the flour,
  • Green chilly paste with the flour,
  • Ginger garlic paste with the flour,
  • Add dry Ommam/ajwan with the flour,
  • Coriander and garlic paste with the flour and any masala as per your taste.
