Wheat Flour Kesari

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup Ghee
  • Almond essence few drops
  • 10 Cashew nuts


Method:
  • First fry wheat flour in a pan with out putting ghee.
  • Now pour ghee and fry the flour again
  • After pouring ghee the mixture must be like a liquid (That much ghee you must pour)
  • When the flour becomes brown in colour, add 1 cup water in that
  • With in a minute the flour will cook. Add sugar and stir well.
  • When it becomes thick, add fried cashew nuts and almond essence
  • Remove from the fire and use it.
  • Almost it will be like Suji Kesari.
  • But becareful while preparing this the flour may become black if you are care less.
