- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Ghee
- Almond essence few drops
- 10 Cashew nuts
Method:
- First fry wheat flour in a pan with out putting ghee.
- Now pour ghee and fry the flour again
- After pouring ghee the mixture must be like a liquid (That much ghee you must pour)
- When the flour becomes brown in colour, add 1 cup water in that
- With in a minute the flour will cook. Add sugar and stir well.
- When it becomes thick, add fried cashew nuts and almond essence
- Remove from the fire and use it.
- Almost it will be like Suji Kesari.
- But becareful while preparing this the flour may become black if you are care less.
