- 2 Bunches palak
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic flakes
- 1 Ginger
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp Corainder powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut palak, onion, tomatoes and potatoes.
- Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.
- Fry onions till they turn transparent.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Mix it well.
- Add potatoes and tomatoes.
- Cook till oil leaves the side of the pan.
- Add palak and salt.
- Cook it for 20 minutes over medium flame.
- Aloo Palak is ready.
