- 250 gms Potato (cooked, peeled and mashed)
- 150 gms Onion (finely chopped)
- 10 -12 Green chilly (finely chopped)
- 1 inch ginger piece (peeled and chopped)
- curry leaves
- coriander leaves
- oil to seasoning
- 1/2 sp mustard seeds
- 1/2 sp udad dal
- 1/2 turmeric powder
Method:
- In a pan make seasoning with mustard and udad dal.
- Add chopped green chilly and ginger.
- Fry for a while. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Now add chopped onions. Fry well.
- Add turmeric powder. Stir well.
- Add mashed potatoes and add 1/2 to 1 cup water.
- Add salt. Mix well till it become soft become like gravy.
- Serve with hot puri or chappati.
