White Sauce

Ingredients:
  • Carrot 1
  • Peas 1 table spoon
  • Beans 10 - 12
  • Onion 1 (Big)
  • Green Chilly 2 - 3
  • Garlic 4 flakes
  • Butter 2 spoon
  • Maida 1 spoon
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Cheese 2 piece (optional)


Method:
  • Cut all the vegetables in to small pieces and cook them.
  • Cut onion, garlic and green chilies in to small fine pieces and fry them in butter
  • Then add Maida also in that and stir continuously
  • Add salt and milk. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Add cooked vegetables and mix.
  • Bring it to a boil and remove from the fire.
  • You can prepare this as side dish for puri or chapatti or fill this filling to make sandwich.
