- 4 cups drum stick flowers
- 1/2 cup Thur dal
- 1/2 cup channa dal
- 2 - 4 green chilly
- 2 - 4 red chilly
- 1 sp sonf - fennel seeds
- 1/2 sp asafetida
- 2 tab sp fresh coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Soak all the dals for about 1 hour.
- Grind them with other ingredients, with out the flowers.
- Now cut the flowers and add with the ground dough.
- Heat oil in a pan and make vadas.
- Serve with any chutney.
