Drum Stick Flowers Vadai

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups drum stick flowers
  • 1/2 cup Thur dal
  • 1/2 cup channa dal
  • 2 - 4 green chilly
  • 2 - 4 red chilly
  • 1 sp sonf - fennel seeds
  • 1/2 sp asafetida
  • 2 tab sp fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil to fry


Method:
  • Soak all the dals for about 1 hour.
  • Grind them with other ingredients, with out the flowers.
  • Now cut the flowers and add with the ground dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan and make vadas.
  • Serve with any chutney.
