- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pt whipping cream
- 1 tsp. almond powder
- 1tsp.pistachio powder
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
- 1/8 tsp. saffron
Method:
- Mix all the ingredient in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture Kulfi mold.
- Freeze it for 6 to 8 hour.
- To remove frozen kulfi from the mold, place it under a running tap of warm water.
