- 1 fresh plantain flower - clean cut - put in thin butter milk
- 1/2 coconut
- 1/2 cup Puttu kadalai
- 4 - 5 red chilly
- 2 Onion
- 4 - 5 Garlic
- 2sp Sonf
- Salt
- Oil
Method:
- Grind coconut, puttu kadalai, onion, garlic, red chilly, salt and sonf.
- Mix finely chopped plantain flowers.
- Make like balls and fry them in oil.
- Serve with chutney.
