- Low fat milk 1 cup
- Low fat milk powder 1/2 cup
- Coco powder 1/4 cup
- Sweetner 3/4 cup
- Fried wheat flour or dusk / thavidu 1/2 cup
- Rice pori 1/2 cup
- Venilla essence 4 -5 drops
- Butter 2 tea spoon
Method:
- Mix milk powder and coco powder in 1/2 cup milk.
- Put butter in a kadai and add sweetner. Mix well.
- Put the mixed coco mixer in that and again mix well.
- Add balance milk and mix well.
- Sim the stove and add half the quantity of wheat flour and rice pori.
- Mix well and remove from the fire.
- When it reaches room temp. make balls out of it and rotate the balls in the balance wheat flour.
- Good sweet snack is ready.
