- Kala jamoon fruits 1/2 cup
- Low fat Curd 1/2 sup
- Sweetner 1/2 cup
Method:
- In a pan boil 1 and a half cup water.
- Put kala jamoon in that and close the lid.
- Switch off the stove.
- Bring it to room temp.
- Remove the seed and put the pulp with water and curd, in a mixer grinder.
- Grind it well and add sweetner.
- For normal persons, add sugar and give.
- A very good drink.
- If you want chill and serve.
