- 10 slices of bread. (cut into square or triangle pieces)
- 1 cup of dosa dough
- 1 Teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 Teaspoon red chili powder (or ) 2 green chilies
- Salt
- Oil to fry.
Method:
- Pour dosa dough in a bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix them well.
- Pour oil in a pan and heat it.
- Dip the bread pieces into the batter and deep fry it till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
