- 1cup maida
- 1cup basanflour
- 1 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2kg.finely chopped,riped tomatoes
- 1/4kgfinely chopped onions
- 8-10finely chopped green chillies
- 3"ginger chopped - optional
- 11/2cup chopped fresh corianderleaves
- one pinch soda/baking powder,
- salt as per taste,
- ghee/oil for making omlettes
Method:
- Mix all the ingrediants with enough water like dosa mix.
- Set aside for 2 to 3hrs.
- In a hot thawa make dosa with ghee.
- This dosa will come soft and it will have good colour.
- Children like this very much.
