Pesarat - Moong dal Dosa

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Moong dal
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Ginger


Method:
  • Soak them separately.
  • Grind them with green chilies (4 to 6 as per your taste).
  • Make Dosas out of the dough immediately.
  • Serve with onion chutney.


Notes:
  • You can add finely chopped onions in the dough and make Dosas.
