- 2 1/2 cups Moong dal
- 1/2 cup rice
- Salt
- Oil
- Ginger
Method:
- Soak them separately.
- Grind them with green chilies (4 to 6 as per your taste).
- Make Dosas out of the dough immediately.
- Serve with onion chutney.
Notes:
- You can add finely chopped onions in the dough and make Dosas.
