- French Beans
- Cauli Flower
- any other veg. as per your wish
Method:
- Cook a plate full of cut French Beans in a MW for 2 -3 min.
- Sprinkle salt and powdered black pepper on that and eat as it is.
- You can have Cauliflower also like this.
- Cauliflower is more delicious than beans.
- But again beans helps us to reduce fat.
